The Bandai Visual Japan Limited Edition is the canonical 4K and the one to chase if you want it done right. Funimation's US disc cycles through Walmart at $12 USD like clockwork and it's perfectly serviceable, though anyone who grew up on the Streamline dub still keeps the older Blu-ray with the 192kHz 5.1 mix nearby. The South Korean 4K is a quiet upgrade on the US disc with the same English options, and Madman's Australian release exists if you can get Diabolik to import it.

The original Blu-ray had a green color tint that frustrated collectors, so the big question with this steelbook is whether they fixed the grading. Cover art choices have also been contentious, with Broly himself absent from his own movie's packaging.
