Warner's standalone 4K from 2024 remains the best route into the original Elm Street, and bestblurays calls it. The 40th Anniversary UK Steelbook from October 2024 adds a rigid slipcase, double-sided foldout poster, art cards, and a numbered booklet for premium presentation. The 7-Film Collection boxset from September 2025 adds both theatrical and uncut versions plus two new featurettes (Boiler Room Confessional, Freddy's Footnotes), though no new commentaries.
