The 7-Film Collection boxset from September 2025 adds both theatrical and uncut versions plus two new featurettes (Boiler Room Confessional, Freddy's Footnotes), though no new commentaries.

The remastered footage is integrated cleanly with the rest of the cut, and the visual upgrade across the makeup effects is the reason to upgrade beyond the Blu-ray.

The reported original 100-minute theatrical cut is not included, which is the single biggest miss of the boxset for fans who hoped Warner would track down the missing footage. The 3D finale is intact in the new transfer and the Atmos remix gives it more presence than the Blu-ray ever had.
