Disney mastered this from a 2K digital intermediate which keeps it at B-Tier on hidef-digest, but the Dolby Vision grade still gives the Quantum Realm sequences real depth. WeET did a steelbook (Exclusive #13) that's the premium variant if you collect MCU steels. Otherwise the standard US 4K is the efficient pick.

Disney put this on 4K in 2019 as part of the MCU Phase Two push. It's a 2K-DI upscale rated B-Tier, so the Dolby Vision grade gets you the Micro-World macro shots and not much else. The Infinity Saga Collector's Edition box is the completionist option, but the standalone is the right buy if you only want Ant-Man.
Disney put this on 4K in May 2023 with Dolby Vision, B-Tier. The WWA steelbook design landed better than the film itself did and is the common variant most collectors get. WeET did Exclusive #13 as a premium import for collectors who already have the Marvel steels that came before it.

Paramount put this on 4K in March 2018, upscaled from a 2K DI with a Dolby Vision push. It's the only physical 4K release and shows up in Gruv bundles for $10 to $15 USD. The film itself split audiences at release and the 4K demand reflects that.
