Criterion's 4K is a new scan from the original camera negative, and the Dublin dinner party interiors have a warmth and texture to them that prior releases couldn't resolve. Huston directed this while he was dying, with Anjelica starring for her father, and the grain structure on that final snowfall scene is worth the price of the disc alone.
