A-Tier but there are two different versions floating around and people mix them up constantly. The Sony US release and the StudioCanal UK release are different masters, and the StudioCanal disc looks better. Both the standard and steelbook StudioCanal editions use the same disc, so the packaging doesn't matter for picture quality. If you're buying this, get the UK StudioCanal version.

The 2018 Sony 4K is the cheaper way in but the 2023 Steelbook is the better disc, adding the Dolby Vision the original is missing and bumping bitrate onto a BD-100. Both pull from the same restoration. Reference-level video and the Atmos remix is the standout, especially what it does with Goldsmith's score. Die Hard on a plane with Harrison Ford running it. The floating-head slipcover gets ribbed in the comments but most people are buying for the line read.
