Lionsgate put out a re-release with a steelbook that collectors found ugly, and most people are happy sticking with their Arrow or StudioCanal versions. The 4-hour documentary included with the Arrow release is almost as good as the film itself.

Warner's 2018 4K has been around since launch but the Matrix Trilogy 4K set drops to around $24 USD regularly, which makes it the obvious pick if you want all three. The Titans of Cult release uses the same disc as the standard, so you're paying purely for the packaging. The Animatrix still has no 4K release and probably never will.

The Eleanor and Francis Coppola commentary is back, the Making of Hearts of Darkness featurette is back, and the new Eleanor Coppola: Art Is All Around Us featurette is the reason to pick this up over the old DVD. Also includes rare Eleanor Coppola short films getting a US premiere on disc.
