Black & Chrome has never been pressed to 4K as its own disc. You can only get it on Blu-ray inside the Titans of Cult steelbook or the Japan Collector's Edition, and collectors have been asking for a standalone 4K pressing for years. The steelbook sold out instantly to scalper bots.

The Best Buy steelbook vs. Target steelbook debate has been going for years, with opinions split roughly evenly. Often found for $5 USD in Walmart bins, which might be the best value in all of 4K collecting.

Shout Factory picked this up and the signal is thin, which tracks for a drama that's more about the writing than the visuals.
