The film has two titles. It came out as The Salute of the Jugger in 1989 (Australia, Europe), then as the shorter Blood of Heroes in the US a year later. Umbrella's 2025 4K is Australia-only and uses the original title and the 104-minute international cut, with the 91-minute US recut and a 110-minute workprint on Blu-ray. Collector's Edition has a 100-page book, capped at 3000.
